Price accuracy

Pub prices on The Pub Exchange are based on the latest information available to us, much of it crowd-sourced, and may change at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that prices, deals, opening hours or amenities are accurate when you visit a venue. Always check with the pub before making a special trip.

If you spot something out of date, please submit a price update.

Using the site

By using The Pub Exchange you agree not to:

• Submit deliberately false, misleading or malicious price information or pub suggestions.
• Scrape, copy or bulk-download our price data without written permission.
• Use the site to harass venues, staff or other users, or to post defamatory content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the site's operation.

We may remove submissions, suspend accounts or block users who break these rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. You must be 18 or over to create an account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app; this removes your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Pub listings & paid partnerships

The Pub Exchange is independent. Sponsored listings, partner venues and featured deals will always be clearly labelled. Pubs cannot pay to alter crowd-submitted prices, reviews or rankings. Partner services are provided under a separate agreement; details are on our partners page.

• Billing. Paid partnerships are billed monthly in advance at the price agreed when you sign up.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@thepubexchange.com - a single email is all it takes, and it is never harder to cancel than it was to sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month; we do not charge cancellation fees.
• Renewals. Partnerships renew monthly. We will email a reminder before any renewal where the price or terms change, and before the first paid renewal after any introductory offer.
• Refunds. If we fail to deliver the agreed service in a given month, we will refund that month in full.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on prices, deals, opening hours or other information on the site, or from your use of a third-party venue's services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Content & intellectual property

The Pub Exchange name, logo, design and original content are our property. You may share links freely, but you may not reproduce our data or content commercially without permission. By submitting a price update or suggestion you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it on the site.
